1. Your Account

2. Website Licensing Model

Important: You do not own your website - you are licensing it from us.

• License, Not Ownership: When you subscribe to our service, you are purchasing a license to use a website hosted on our platform. Similar to digital video games or software licenses, you do not own the website itself.
• Content Rights: While you retain ownership of the text, images, and other original content you upload, the website structure, design templates, functionality, and hosting remain our property.
• License Duration: Your license to use the website is active only while your subscription is current and in good standing.
• License Termination: If your subscription ends (by cancellation, non-payment, or termination), your license to use the website immediately expires, and we may remove or disable your website.

3. Your Content

• You retain ownership of original content you create (text, images, logos, etc.)
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and backup your content as necessary to provide our services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload
• We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance every month, year or 3 years, depending on the plan you choose
• All sales are final - refunds are not provided for partial periods
• Failure to pay subscription fees will result in suspension or termination of your website license
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to host illegal, harmful, or offensive content; violate intellectual property rights; engage in spam or fraudulent activities; or attempt to breach our security measures.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your website license ends and your site may be removed. You are responsible for backing up your content before termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
